Return Policy
At Hiacart, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, only slightly used, and packed back in its original packaging with tags intact.
Returns are applicable for items damaged during transit, incorrect orders, change of mind( delivery fees aren't refundable for change of mind) or items that do not match the product description.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products).
Clearance or final sale items, unless damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our support team via email support@hiacart.com or phone 0200918745 Or create a support ticket through the account in which you made an order, within the 7-day return window. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) along with the order number.
Step 4: We will then come and pick the items within 1 day Or you can return it back to us to our nearest pick up station.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item) but things like change of mind,we don't refund delivery fees.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.
6. Important Notes
Returns without prior authorization or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind)-delivery fees are non-refundable for this case.
